The Blue Building Consulting Ltd. represents the culmination of 37 years of passionate research and development into environmental-friendly and sustainable technologies, techniques and working concepts in construction, renewable energy and water, enabling a cleaner and safer future for our planet.
Over the past 37 years, more than € 35 million were spent on research and development. The efforts finding suitable capital is enormously difficult, if not impossible. Funders always want to have the majority and furthermore all rights to past and future inventions.
The franchise / license fees are being determined according to the country‘s PPP.
The following procedure is planned:
There are environmental organisations that generate revenues of over € 60 million in the individual countries and, in contrast, only provide words. In the future, Blue Building will receive grants from the partner companies from their profit earnings, which are to be invested in further research and development.

The regulations of this company are determined by a License - Franchise agreement. The newly founded company belongs 90% to the Licensee/Government/Investor; the Franchisee - Licensee is responsible for this company. Tax, running costs, and everything relating to rules and regulations of the country should be taken care of by the Licensee. The remaining 10% is owned by the Blue Building Consulting Ltd.
The new Blue Building Regional Headquarters or Country office has to adhere strictly to the specifications of the licensor; also, cooperate identity guidelines have to be taken care of. The licensor initially designates one, after one year two and after a third year three locations from which the server is operated. Internet presences and statements must be coordinated beforehand.
In addition to the franchise fees, the costs of company registration, as well as legal fees (for both sides) must be borne by the new partner.
Planned Blue Building Regional Headquarters
Office Building and Research Centre
If membership exceeds 2% of the total population of a country, but has at least 500,000 members, the Blue Building Environmental Organisation Office and Research Centre will be established in the concerned country.
This office includes all technologies, a small laboratory, conference rooms, the administration and also a cafeteria, which is built like a conservatory. The interesting thing about this conservatory is that it achieves a UG value of 0.08.
Planned Guest House "Sphere"
On the right hand side is the "Sphere" – a guesthouse, which is intended to be made available for the first two years to our members, to test the quality of the Blue Building Concept for one or two nights free of charge. After two years, the management is free to choose whether to accommodate the managing director, a senior manager or even the facility manager.
