The entire complex consists of 16 residential buildings, each with 7 residential units. Depending on the design, each building consists of 23 or 26 flats spread over 2 to 5 floors.
The building consists of solid masonry with built-in thermal insulation, which makes the house ideally thermally insulated and yet breathable, as well as triple-glazed windows.
The technical room is located in the basement; one technical room supplies one unit (2 to 5 households) with cold/hot water for the cooling and heating system and the water extraction points and the heating system. The built-in Blue Air Purification System is also installed there.
